1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Finely chopped tomato |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Finely chopped red onion |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Fine chopped fresh cilantro |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 | Pepper to taste |
Peel, seed and finely chop the tomato. Mix well and serve.
