Salsa De Chile Guero Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Chiles gueros | |
1 | Tomato - peeled and seeded | |
6 sections | Cilantro - chopped | |
1 section | Onion - chopped (small) | |
1 | Garlic - crushed | |
1 | Canned serrano - chopped | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Oil |
1 | Salt - pepper to taste | |
1 | Sugar |
Simmer gueros in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain, stem and seed.
Puree with remaining ingredients. Cook in skillet, stirring constantly, 2-3 minutes.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
