Black Bean Hummus Recipe - Cooking Index
| 16 oz | Black beans | |
| 1 tablespoon | Tahini | |
| 3 tablespoons | Olive oil | |
| 1 | Lime juiced | |
| 2 | Garlic clove - sliced | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 1 teaspoon | Ground cumin |
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process till smooth.
Cover and refrigerate till ready to use.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
