Zesty Black Bean Dip

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 320g / 11ozCanned black beans
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped fresh tomatoes
1 cup 237mlSour cream or yogurt
6 tablespoons 90mlChopped onions
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped fresh chives
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly ground black - pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlPaprika

Recipe Instructions

Combine all the ingredients, except the paprika, briefly in a food processor or blender.

Chill for 1 to 2 hours, then garnish with the paprika.

Serve with blue or yellow tortilla chips.

Yield: About 4 cups
