Meatballs In Chipotle Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
Chipotle sauce* | ||
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground pork |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Eggs (large) |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Dry bread crumbs |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Onion - finely chopped |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh cilantro - snipped |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
Prepare Chipotle Sauce and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients together and shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs.
Heat sauce and meatballs to boiling; then reduce the heat.
Cover and simmer until meatballs are done, about 20 minutes.
Serve with hot cooked rice or noodles, if desired.
