Pierogi Beef Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Onion - sliced (large) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Margarine |
1 3/4 cups | 109g / 3.8oz | Ground beef |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Cooked rice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Beef broth |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Hot water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley - chopped |
Saute onion in margarine.
Stir in meat and rice.
Dissolve bouillon in hot water.
Add to meat mixture with parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
