Pierogi Beef Filling

Recipe Ingredients

1   Onion - sliced (large)
2 tablespoons 30mlMargarine
1 3/4 cups 109g / 3.8ozGround beef
3/4 cup 120g / 4.2ozCooked rice
2 teaspoons 10mlBeef broth
3 tablespoons 45mlHot water
1 tablespoon 15mlParsley - chopped

Recipe Instructions

Saute onion in margarine.

Stir in meat and rice.

Dissolve bouillon in hot water.

Add to meat mixture with parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
