Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf - 1

Recipe Ingredients

1		Tomato sauce
1/4 cup	40g / 1.4oz	Brown sugar
1/4 cup	59ml	Vinegar
1 teaspoon	5ml	Mustard
2 lbs	908g / 32oz	Ground beef
1 cup	237ml	Sliced mushrooms
1		Egg - slightly beaten
1/4 cup	15g / 0.5oz	Onion minced
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Crushed crackers
1 teaspoon	5ml	Salt
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine first 4 ingredients to make sauce.

Combine remaining ingredients, kneading together with hands.

Add 1/2 tomato sauce mixture.

Put in loaf pan. Pour remaining sauce over loaf.

Bake at 400F for 45 minutes.
