Swiss Spaghetti

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb 454g / 16ozGround beef
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozTomato - canned
4 tablespoons 60mlButter
1   Onion - chopped, medium
  Green pepper - chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons 7.5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlPepper
3/4 lb 340g / 11ozSwiss cheese - cubed
1 lb 454g / 16ozSpaghetti - cooked
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozSwiss cheese - grated

Recipe Instructions

In saucepan melt butter and saute onion and green pepper, about 5 minutes.

Add beef and cook over high heat until brown.

Add tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer 1 hour.

Add cubed cheese and cook 5 minutes.

Add spaghetti and toss. Serve with grated cheese.
