1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Lean ground beef |
2 cups | 474ml | Pasta |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Chili powder to taste | |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Jack cheese - grated |
1 cup | 237ml | Frozen or leftover vegetable |
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
Meanwhile cook pasta in boiling, unsalted water until tender; drain. Add Worcestershire sauce to meat in skillet; stir until mixed.
Mix in chili powder to taste. Add pasta and cheese; stir. Add vegetables and heat through. Serves 4.
