Marinade For Lamb Or Goat Recipe - Cooking Index
4 cups | 948ml | Chablis wind |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Louisiana hot sauce |
1 cup | 237ml | Green crème de menthe |
1 cup | 237ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion powder |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried mint - (crushed) |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
Mix all ingredients. Marinade lamb or goat 6 to 12 hours, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as it cooks.
