2 tablespoons 30mlLouisiana hot sauce
1 cup 237mlGreen crème de menthe
1 cup 237mlSoy sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlOnion powder
1 cup 237mlWater
1 teaspoon 5mlDried mint - (crushed)
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients. Marinade lamb or goat 6 to 12 hours, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as it cooks.
