Pane' Meat (Ellen Cleary)

Recipe Ingredients

  Round steak
  Egg
  Salt and pepper
  Cracker crumbs
  Oil

Recipe Instructions

Cut fat and gristle from round steak. Beat egg and season with salt and pepper.

Coat meat in egg, then in cracker crumbs. Fry in oil almost to cover until blood rises to top, turn and cook other side. Drain on paper towel and serve.
