Coconut-Pecan Frosting Recipe - Cooking Index

2/3 cup | 131g / 4.6oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter or margarine |
1 1/2 cups | 139g / 4.9oz | Coconut |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Pecans - chopped |
In a medium saucepan lightly beat 1 egg. Stir in evaporated milk, sugar, and butter or margarine. Cook and stir over medium heat about 12 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and pecans. Cool; slightly then cover and cool thoroughly.
