| 3 cups | Plain flour | |
| 1 1/3 cups | Sugar | |
| 2 teaspoons | Salt | |
| 1 teaspoon | Baking powder | |
| 2 teaspoons | Cinnamon | |
| 1 teaspoon | Nutmeg | |
| 1 cup | Orange juice | |
| 1 cup | Oil | |
| 4 | Eggs | |
| 1/4 cup | Dark molasses | |
| 1 x | Golden raisins | |
| 1 x | Pitted dates | |
| 1/3 lb | Whole red and green cherries | |
| 1/3 lb | Pineapple (candied) | |
| 1/2 lb | Shelled pecans (about 2 cups) |
Heat oven to 275F. Line pan with aluminum foil and grease.
Measure all ingredients except fruit and nuts into large bowl.
Blend 1/2 minute on low speed. Beat 3 minutes on high speed. Stir in fruit and nuts.
Bake 3 hours or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
