Easy Peanut Butter Cake Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Yellow cake mix | |
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Water |
3 | Eggs | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Peanut butter |
3 cups | 594g / 20oz | Powdered sugar - (icing) |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Vanilla - (icing) |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Milk - (icing) |
Cake: combine all ingredients and mix well. (cake mix, water, eggs, oil and peanut butter).
Icing: combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.
Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
