Easy Peanut Butter Cake

Recipe Ingredients

1		Yellow cake mix
1 1/3 cups	315ml	Water
3		Eggs
1/2 cup	118ml	Oil
1/2 cup	99g / 3.5oz	Peanut butter
3 cups	594g / 20oz	Powdered sugar - (icing)
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Vanilla - (icing)
1/3 cup	78ml	Milk - (icing)

Recipe Instructions

Cake: combine all ingredients and mix well. (cake mix, water, eggs, oil and peanut butter).

Icing: combine powdered sugar, vanilla and milk.

Beat until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.

Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
