Whoopee Pie (Filling)

Recipe Ingredients

1 3/4 cups 346g / 12ozConfectioner's sugar
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozButter
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlVanilla
2 teaspoons 10mlMilk, add up to 3 tsp

Recipe Instructions

In electric mixer beat butter until fluffy, add confectioner's sugar, vanilla and milk. Beat until fluffy.

Spread in the middle of two whoopee pie cakes.
