| 400 x | Fresh bean curd in clear water | |
| 2 x | Garlic - crushed | |
| 2 tablespoons | Oyster sauce | |
| 2 tablespoons | Water | |
| 1 tablespoon | Oil | |
| 1 teaspoon | Cornstarch |
Heat the oil and fry the garlic. Add the bean curd and fry for 1 minute.
Add the oyster sauce and mix the water with cornstarch. Boil together. Serve hot.
