Guacamole - 1

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup  Onion - chopped
1 teaspoon  Garlic - minced
2 teaspoons  Chili powder
2 teaspoons  Cumin
2 cups  Frozen peas
1/3 cup  Water
4 teaspoons  Fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon  Avocado - chopped (large)
1/4 cup  Tomato - diced
1/2 teaspoon  Salt - or to taste
1/2 teaspoon  Pepper

Recipe Instructions

Cook first four ingredients in a non-stick pan over medium heat until onion is soft.

Add the peas and the water. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Puree in a blender until smooth.

Let cool and add remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
