Guacamole - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | Onion - chopped | |
| 1 teaspoon | Garlic - minced | |
| 2 teaspoons | Chili powder | |
| 2 teaspoons | Cumin | |
| 2 cups | Frozen peas | |
| 1/3 cup | Water | |
| 4 teaspoons | Fresh lemon juice | |
| 1 teaspoon | Avocado - chopped (large) | |
| 1/4 cup | Tomato - diced | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Salt - or to taste | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Pepper |
Cook first four ingredients in a non-stick pan over medium heat until onion is soft.
Add the peas and the water. Cover and cook 3 minutes. Puree in a blender until smooth.
Let cool and add remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
