Cucumber Salad

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon	15ml	Cucumber (large)
4 tablespoons	60ml	Basic dressing - * see note
1 tablespoon	15ml	Chopped parsley

Recipe Instructions

* Note: The recipe for "Basic Dressing - (Vinaigrette)" is included in this database.

Peel cucumber and cut into paper-thin slices. In salad bowl, combine vinaigrette, cucumbers, and chopped parsley. Toss. Serve cold.
