French Bread #3 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1 x | Yeast | |
| 2 cups | Bread flour | |
| 1 teaspoon | Salt | |
| 1 teaspoon | Sugar | |
| 4 tablespoons | Butter - cut up | |
| 1 cup | Warm water |
(use French bread selection)
I have DAK so this is for a pretty big loaf. Other machines may have to cut this down by about a 1/3 for all ingredients.
