Caribbean Jerk Marinade

Recipe Ingredients

3   Jalapeno chiles - stems and seeds removed
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped green onions
3 teaspoons 15mlAllspice
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCinnamon
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlNutmeg
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
2 tablespoons 30mlWater
1 tablespoon 15mlHoney
4 teaspoons 20mlFresh lime juice
1 teaspoon 5mlSteak sauce

Recipe Instructions

In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth. Pour mixture over pork cutlets, pork tenderloin, boneless skinless chicken breast halves, or chicken or pork cubes for kabobs. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate. Makes 1/3 cup--enough for 4 servings of meat.
