Recipe Ingredients

2   Garlic - minced
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped fresh cilantro

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven or large saucepan; bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
