1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Coarsely chopped unpeeled cucumber |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh lemon juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dark sesame oil |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground red pepper |
Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.
Yield: 1 cup (serving size: 2 tablespoons).
