Recipe Ingredients

  **FILLING**
1/2 cup 99g / 3.5ozSugar
3 tablespoons 45mlAll-purpose flour
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon peel - grated
5 cups 1185mlApples - unpeeled, sliced
1 cup 93g / 3.3ozCranberries
  **TOPPING**
2/3 cup 41g / 1.4ozRolled oats
1/3 cup 53g / 1.9ozPacked brown sugar
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozWhole wheat or all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons 10mlCinnamon
3 tablespoons 45mlSoft margarine - melted

Recipe Instructions

1. Filling: In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, and lemon peel;mix

well.

Add apples and cranberries;stir to mix. Spoon into a 6 -cup baking dish.

2. Topping: In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and

cinnamon.

Add melted margarine; stir to mix. Sprinkle topping over filling.

3. Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 40-50 minutes or until filling is

bubbly

and top is brown. Serve warm or at room temperature.
