Gai Yaang (Thai Barbecue Chicken)

Recipe Ingredients

8   Garlic cloves - crushed
1 tablespoon 15mlPepper - white, ground
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozCoriander - chopped fine
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1 teaspoon 5mlCoriander - ground
1 tablespoon 15mlRed chili flakes
2 tablespoons 30mlLime juice
4 lbs 1816g / 64ozChicken drumsticks

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, coating the drumsticks on all surfaces.

Marinate 30 minutes or better yet, overnight in the refrigerator.

Barbecue over moderate charcoal fire for 30 minutes or until well-cooked on both sides. Serve with Nam Prik Dang.
