Alice's Pickles

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlCelery seeds
1 cup 237mlWhite vinegar - up to 1 1/2 cup
1 cup 198g / 7ozSugar - up to 1 1/2 cup
7   Cucumbers - slice (medium)
2 tablespoons 30mlSalt
  Fresh vegetables - onion --
  Green beans - yellow

Recipe Instructions

Boil for 3 minutes 2 tablespoons celery seeds, 1 to 1 1/2 cups white vinegar and 1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar and cool.

Soak in 2 tablespoons salt for 1 hour cucumbers, then drain. Mix boiled mixture and all vegetables in large jar and refrigerate.
