Dr. John's "Almost Cajun" Alaska King Crab

Recipe Ingredients

2 1/2 lbs 1135g / 40ozKing crab legs
1/2 cup 118mlFat free mayonnaise
1 teaspoon 5mlCajun seasoning - or to taste
1 teaspoon 5mlLemon pepper
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced garlic
1 teaspoon 5mlDry vermouth

Recipe Instructions

Remove crab meat from shells (2 1/2 pounds king crab legs will yield approximately 1 1/4 pounds crab meat).

In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture on all sides of crab legs. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator, 30 minutes.

To cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook crab, turning as necessary until browned and heated through.

This recipe yields 4 servings.
