Dr. John's "Almost Cajun" Alaska King Crab Recipe - Cooking Index
2 1/2 lbs | 1135g / 40oz | King crab legs |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Fat free mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cajun seasoning - or to taste |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced garlic |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry vermouth |
Remove crab meat from shells (2 1/2 pounds king crab legs will yield approximately 1 1/4 pounds crab meat).
In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture on all sides of crab legs. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator, 30 minutes.
To cook, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook crab, turning as necessary until browned and heated through.
This recipe yields 4 servings.
