Molasses Cookies

Recipe Ingredients

3/4 cup	148g / 5.2oz	Soft margarine
1 cup	160g / 5.6oz	Brown sugar
1		Egg
1/4 cup	59ml	Molasses
5 1/4 cups	328g / 11oz	Flour
2 teaspoons	10ml	Soda
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Salt
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Cloves
1 teaspoon	5ml	Cinnamon
1 teaspoon	5ml	Ginger
-		Granulated sugar

Recipe Instructions

Cream sugar and margarine, add egg, molasses, then dry ingredients.
Form into 1" balls. Dip in sugar, then bake on greased cookie
sheet for 12 minutes at 375 degrees.
