Greek Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

3 1/2 lbs 1589g / 56ozBoned and skinned chicken breast halves
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlGarlic powder
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlOregano
1/2 cup 118mlOlive oil
8 oz 227gOnion - chopped
2 teaspoons 10mlSeasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlWhipped margarine
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlCoarsely ground pepper
6   Tomato wedges

Recipe Instructions

Combine garlic powder, oregano, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion, seasoned salt and salt. Mix thoroughly and pour over chicken breasts. Marinate over night.

Melt whipped margarine in frying pan. Add chicken and saute until tenderly done and evenly browned. Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper and tomato wedges.
