Killer Chicken Mole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 120 | Onion - chopped | |
| 1 | Garlic - minced (or more | |
| 30 | Oil or butter | |
| 125 | Tomato sauce | |
| 40 | Raisins | |
| 80 | Smooth peanut butter | |
| 10 | Sugar | |
| 5 | Chili powder - (or more to taste | |
| 1 | Cinnamon | |
| 1/2 | Ground cloves | |
| 15 | Unsweetened chocolate | |
| 375 | Weak chicken broth | 
1. Saute onion and garlic in oil or butter until tender but not brown.
2. Combine this with remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor
3. Return to saucepan and simmer 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently.
4. Roast some chicken or duck according to your favorite recipe.
