Baby Kay's Shrimp Roumalade

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlParsley - fresh, chopped
1   Garlic clove - fresh, minced
1 cup 237mlMayonnaise
1 teaspoon 5mlHorseradish - (or to taste)
1 teaspoon 5mlTabasco
6 tablespoons 90mlLemon juice - (2 lemons)
1 tablespoon 15mlCreole mustard - (up to 2 T)*
72   Shrimp - fresh, boiled(to 84)
  Salt to taste

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients except shrimp together and refrigerate. Serve with shrimp.

Hints

Creole Mustard such as Zatarain's brand can be found in well stocked supermarkets and gourmet food stores.
