1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Soy sauce |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Dry sherry |
1 1/8 cups | 266ml | Hoisin sauce |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Plum jelly |
18 | Green onions - minced | |
6 | Garlic cloves | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Cider vinegar |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Pour sauce over chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken on greased cookie sheets and bake uncovered for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently. Switch pans while cooking so that they cook evenly.
