Marinated Chicken Drumettes

Recipe Ingredients

10 lbs	4540g / 160oz	Chicken drumettes - (little drumsticks
		Wings)
1 1/2 cups	355ml	Soy sauce
3/4 cup	177ml	Dry sherry
1 1/8 cups	266ml	Hoisin sauce
3/4 cup	177ml	Plum jelly
18		Green onions - minced
6		Garlic cloves
3/4 cup	177ml	Cider vinegar
1/2 cup	118ml	Honey

Recipe Instructions

Combine all ingredients except chicken in saucepan. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes. Cool. Pour sauce over chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 375. Place chicken on greased cookie sheets and bake uncovered for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, basting frequently. Switch pans while cooking so that they cook evenly.
