Quick And Healthy Chicken Stir-Fry

Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons 10mlVegetable oil
1 teaspoon 5mlOnion - sliced thin (large)
1   Red pepper - sliced thin
12 oz 340gBroccoli florets - cut into small
1/2 cup 118mlWater
1/4   Stir-fry sauce
1 1/2 cups 93g / 3.3ozCooked sliced chicken
  Rice or couscous

Recipe Instructions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli, water and stir-fry sauce. Cook until tender, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve with rice or couscous.

NOTES : This tasty chicken and vegetable stir-fry couldn't be easier--and everything except the rice or couscous gets cooked in one skillet--so cleanup is a breeze, too!
