2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar - (any type) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
1/2 | Bay leaf | |
3 | Garlic |
Combine all ingredients in a skillet and cook, covered, over medium heat until chicken is done, about 25 minutes.
Serve over rice.
