Texas Two-Step Chicken Picante Recipe - Cooking Index
1 1/2 cups | 355ml | Pace picante sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Packed light brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon mustard |
4 | Boneless - skinless chicken breasts | |
3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Hot cooked rice |
Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard. Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour picante sauce mixture over chicken. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Serve with rice.
