Steak Seasoning Salt Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/4 cup | Table salt | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Red pepper flakes | |
| 1 tablespoon | Black pepper - coarse | |
| 1 teaspoon | Paprika | |
| 1 teaspoon | Dry minced garlic - hammered | |
| 1 teaspoon | Dry minced onion - hammered | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
Hammer the garlic and the onion bits until reduced to bit sized pieces.
Mix together well and use during grilling.
