Mustard Sauce I

Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon 15mlSweet mustard
1 teaspoon 5mlDijon mustard
2 teaspoons 10mlSugar
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlSwedish vinegar
  (or distilled white vinegar)
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlCold coffee
1   Salt
1   Freshly-ground white peppercorns
3/4 cup 177mlCanola oil
1/2 cup 73g / 2.6ozChopped dill

Recipe Instructions

Combine the sweet and Dijon mustard, sugar, vinegar, coffee, salt and pepper in a food processor. Drizzle canola oil into the mixture in a very slow, steady stream, until a thick consistency is formed. A whisk may also be used. Refrigerate overnight.
