| 1 cup | Mayonnaise | |
| 1/4 cup | Catsup - (use a hot sauce, like kerns) | |
| 1/4 cup | Beer | |
| 1 tablespoon | Prepared mustard | |
| 1 tablespoon | Lemon juice | |
| 1 teaspoon | Prepared horseradish |
Combine all ingredients.
Chill and serve with fish.
Makes 1-1/2 cups.
