Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 93g / 3.3ozFresh cranberries - chopped
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozUnsweetened crushed pineapple
1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozLow sugar orange marmalade
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlChopped parsley - optional
  Sugar substitute - to taste

Recipe Instructions

In a microwaveable bowl, combine all ingredients. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until cranberries are tender. This may be stored, refrigerated in a jar. Use as a topping for chicken, turkey or pork. It may also be used as a spread over breads.

This recipe yields ten 1/4-cup servings.
