Shrimp Fra Diavolo Pasta Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Garlic cloves - , minced | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Crushed red pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 | Plum tomatoes in puree - (28-oz.) | |
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Cleaned medium shrimp |

1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Penne or other pasta |
Cook garlic cloves, salt and red pepper in olive oil over medium heat, 30 seconds.
Add tomatoes in puree, heat to boiling. Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in shrimp, cook 2 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque throughout.
