Shrimp Scampi - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
3 | Garlic crushed | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon peel |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Jumbo shrimp |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Parsley |
Put in sauce pan and melt together-let sit until ready to cook.
Peel shrimp and add to above sauce and saute until done. (about 2-4 minutes)
Sprinkle parsley as you cook.
Serve with parsley and lemon wedges to garnish.
Spoon excess sauce from pan over shrimp.
