Tuna Salad Platter

Recipe Ingredients

1 cup 146g / 5.1ozBroccoli slaw or finely chopped broccoli
1   Tomato - chopped
1   Water packed tuna - (6 oz) - drained and flaked
2 teaspoons 10mlReduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 teaspoons 10mlCider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlFreshly-ground black pepper
2 cups 220g / 7.8ozTorn mixed salad greens
1/2   Cucumber - peeled, and
  Cut into spears

Recipe Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the broccoli, tomato, tuna, mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper. Place 1 cup of the salad greens on each of 2 plates. Top with the tuna mixture and serve, garnished with the cucumber.
