Avocado Filling Recipe - Cooking Index
| 4 | Avocados - (4 to 5) - peeled, chopped fine | |
| 1 | White onion - finely chopped (small) | |
| 1/4 cup | Finely-chopped cilantro | |
| 3 cups | Serrano chiles - finely chopped (small) | |
| (or 1 small jalapeno chile) | ||
| Juice of 2 limes | ||
| Sea salt - to taste | ||
| Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste |
Mash the avocados with a fork and stir in the onions, cilantro, chiles, and lime juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
This recipe yields about 2 1/2 cups.
