2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Diced cooked skinless chicken breast |
2 cups | 474ml | Small seedless grapes - halved |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Walnuts - coarsely chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Nonfat sour cream |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Reduced-calorie mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Freshly-ground black pepper |
12 | Loose-leaf lettuce leaves |
In a large bowl, combine the apples and lime juice; toss to coat. Add the chicken, grapes, walnuts, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; toss to combine.
Place the lettuce leaves on plates; top with the salad mixture.
