Lime-Olive Oil Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Freshly squeezed lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
Whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve.
This recipe yields about 1/2 cup of dressing.
