Pureed Tomato Salsa Cruda

Recipe Ingredients

4   Italian Roma tomatoes - cored, quartered
1   Serrano chiles, stemmed - seeded if desired, and sliced
  Juice of 1 lime
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlFreshly-ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

This recipe yields 3/4 cup of salsa.
