Nippy Carrot Bake Recipe - Cooking Index
Nonstick cooking spray | ||
3 cups | 330g / 11oz | Carrots - cooked, mashed |
3 | Eggs - lightly beaten | |
2 cups | 474ml | Milk |
1 1/4 cups | 182g / 6.4oz | Pepper cheese - (4 ounces) |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Bread crumbs |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Unsalted butter - melted |
Salt to taste | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared horseradish |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Chives - finely chopped |
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9-inch by 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
2. In large bowl, combine carrots, eggs, milk, cheese, bread crumbs, butter, salt, horseradish and chives. Transfer to pan. Bake about 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes our clean.
