Radish & Cilantro Relish

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 474mlRadishes - thinly sliced
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozOnion; chopped - 1 med
3 tablespoons 45mlOrange juice
2 tablespoons 30mlLime juice
2 tablespoons 30mlFresh cilantro - fine snipped
2 tablespoons 30mlVegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlPepper - freshly ground

Recipe Instructions

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Makes 3 cups of relish.
