Cilantro Guacamole Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | Avocados - seeded and peeled (large) | |
| 1 cup | Tomato - finely chopped (small) | |
| 1/2 cup | Red onion - finely chopped (small) | |
| 1/2 cup | Red pepper - finely chopped (small) | |
| 1 | Jalapeno chili - finely chopped | |
| 3 tablespoons | Lime juice | |
| 1 x | Garlic - minced | |
| 1 tablespoon | Fresh cilantro - finely chopped | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Cumin | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Salt |
1. Mash avocados in a mixing bowl.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and dash of pepper.
3. Cover and chill up to 8 hours.
Notes: Makes 2 cups, serve with tortilla chips.
