Cilantro Guacamole

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups  Avocados - seeded and peeled (large)
1 cup  Tomato - finely chopped (small)
1/2 cup  Red onion - finely chopped (small)
1/2 cup  Red pepper - finely chopped (small)
1   Jalapeno chili - finely chopped
3 tablespoons  Lime juice
1 x  Garlic - minced
1 tablespoon  Fresh cilantro - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon  Cumin
1/4 teaspoon  Salt

Recipe Instructions

1. Mash avocados in a mixing bowl.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients and dash of pepper.

3. Cover and chill up to 8 hours.

Notes: Makes 2 cups, serve with tortilla chips.
