Classic Spinach Dip

Recipe Ingredients

1   Round loaf French bread
1   Frozen chopped spinach - , thawed
1 cup 237mlMayonnaise
1 1/2 cups 355mlSour cream
1   Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
1   Water chestnuts - , finely chopped
3   Green onions - , finely chopped

Recipe Instructions

Squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup mix, water chestnuts and green onions. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Cut top from French bread and remove bread from inside to make a bowl for the dip. Use removed bread, cubed, for dippers or use crisp vegetables or crackers.
