Grilled Chicken Kabobs Recipe - Cooking Index
| 8 | Wooden or metal skewers | |
| 1/4 cup | Soy sauce | |
| 3 tablespoons | Dry white wine | |
| 3 tablespoons | Lemon juice | |
| 2 tablespoons | Vegetable oil | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Ginger | |
| 1/2 teaspoon | Garlic powder | |
| 1/4 teaspoon | Onion powder | |
| 1 x | Pepper | |
| 1 1/2 lbs | Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1 1/2 in cubes |
Soak wooden skewers for 20 minutes in water.
Mix everything together and soak chicken cubes for 30 minutes.
Divide chick into 6 to 8 equal part and put on skewers.
Grill 5 to 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
